It’s pointless to go here to get your oil changed filled because you can go to the dealership and now do your tire pressure change your oil give you a new oil filter put windshield wiper fluid and for the exact same price they don’t even put windshield wiper fluid in your vehicle me being from Michigan. I’ve never heard of anything like that but shoot your shot if y’all want to and be charged $143 just for them to pretend to change your oil because now I don’t even know if they for real change my oil.

All the people there are very nice and friendly I don't feel they would ever rip you off.

I had a very frustrating experience at this auto repair shop. I went there to get an alignment, and they told me to come back the next day because they were busy. I returned the following day, and they asked me to wait 10 minutes to bring my car in. Instead, I waited for over 1 hour and 25 minutes. After all that waiting, someone came and told me they could not work on my car because they were too busy and that I should go somewhere else. What made it worse is that I clearly saw other customers who arrived after me getting their cars serviced before mine. This was very upsetting and felt like discrimination This place has no respect for customers’ time and no proper customer service. I do not recommend this shop at all.

The owners and mechanics are shameless scammers! There needs to be a thorough investigation done on this place. I'd heard in the community that they're known for this, but recently in desperation I needed to get my car done. The parts they used to replace my issue were previously used, but I was made to pay a hefty price for a new part. After they do anything, they always claim that there's a new, hidden problem and that you need to pay extra for it. I ended up going to another shop after, and after he inspected my car, the new guy told me what happened. Scammers.

I do not advise anyone to go to this place because this is what happened to my car. I took it to get its inspection, but when I went to pick it up, I found it damaged in an accident. I asked what happened, and he told me that he parked it on the street and someone hit it and ran away. When I told him that this is your responsibility because my car was at your shop and there was no damage to it. After this discussion, he decided to give me only $300, which is not enough to fix the damage. Now I filed a complaint and there is a court date.
